How do I book a journey?＋
Choose a journey and continue on WhatsApp with your prepared request. You can add your date and route first, or discuss them with us. We confirm the price, vehicle and arrangements before you book.
Can I arrange a return from Serravalle?＋
Yes. Ask for a return transfer or a chauffeur for your shopping day. Tell us your preferred pickup and return times so we can confirm availability.
Can you accommodate bags and child seats?＋
Tell us your group size, luggage and any child-seat requirements. We confirm the suitable vehicle and equipment before accepting your booking.
How much will my journey cost?＋
Your quote includes applicable taxes, ordinary tolls and agreed parking. Extra stops and waiting are agreed before charging. A request is not a confirmed booking.
Waiting, payment and cancellation＋
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting from the agreed meeting time; other pickups include 15 minutes. Advance payment: 30%, or 100% for bookings made less than 24 hours ahead. Cancellation: 24 hours or more — free; 6 to less than 24 hours — 50%; less than 6 hours — 100%.
